Ways to Deal With Drama or Manipulation at Work
Plenty of workplaces have one or more person who could be described as an episode queen manipulator. Female or male, it may be difficult not to obtain sucked within their histrionics.
So, how do you handle an episode queen manipulator? First, as hard as it could be, don't respond in like kind.
